Scene One Parking Lot Seal Coat (Click for Details)

Dear Homeowner, Please note, the parking lot will be undergoing crack seal and seal coating from June 15th through June 18th. This will take place in two parts. Please see the included map for the order of work to take place. On June 15th and 16th the West portion of the parking lot and part of the North lot will be worked on. NO VEHICLES can park on this side of the lot during this time. Vehicles parked in this area are subject to towing. On June 17th and 18th the East and South portions of the parking lot will be worked on. NO VEHICLES can park on this side of the lot during this time. Scene One Pool Open

To Scene One Unit Owners,   The Scene One pool is open for use at your own risk! In conjuction with Governor orders it is advised that all who use the pool maintain social distancing. If you do not feel well, please do not use the amenities, check with a health professional, and refrain from using the common amenities until you are feeling better.  Residents and guests to the pool should take care to wash their hands frequently, especially after using the public common amenities. We encourage everyone to sanitize their own area before and after using the pool, pool furniture, bbq's, and other areas where the community amenities are shared.   If you rent your home, please advise your tenants of the rules and cautions for using the common areas.  We wish everyone a safe and happy Summer. Tree Removal

There will be certain parking spaces closed off on Thursday, January 24th at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to allow Tempe Crane working space to bring a crane into the parking lot to help with removing selected trees. The areas have been marked with a flyer and blocked off with caution tape. Thank you for your cooperation.

Lighting Issue

We have received calls in regard to the lighting at Scene One.  We appreciate everyone's diligence in reporting these important safety issues. The large majority of lights are working with the exception of the 3 malfunctioning wall packs.  These are on order and will be replaced as soon as they are received. Thank you for your patience.
