National Good Neighbor Day is September 28th.  National Good Neighbor Day encourages acts of kindness and strengthens community ties among neighbors.  Some ideas to celebrate National Neighbor Day by: Being thoughtful: Offer to help a neighbor with a task, like gardening or running errands. Share treats: Bake some cookies or make a double batch of your favorite food to share. Share a smile or a wave: See someone walking down the street, getting out of their car?  Say hello with a smile and a wave. Showing appreciation: Write a letter of encouragement or express gratitude to a neighbor. Connecting with neighbors: Host a casual get-together like “donuts on the driveway” or an informal chat. Improving your community: Go for a walk and pick up litter along the sidewalk.

Please see the email below for important reminders.    Friendly reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be removed within (15) days after the holiday. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.

Scene One Roof Repair Homeowners please be aware that the roofs on the Building E 1 and E2 (Units 128, 228, 130, 230,129 and 229 in E-1 and 127,227,126,226,125 and 225 in E-2) are being repaired Next Week.  Monday May 1, 2023 through Wednesday May 3, 2023. Debris and water will likely leak through the edges and the balconies to the lower levels as well.  Please consider moving any items from outside your unit to the inside or covering them securely. Thank you in advance for your help.  It is a pleasure to keep your living space clean and up to date.  This is the first roof upgrade in several years!
