To Scene One Unit Owners,
The Scene One pool is open for use at your own risk! In conjuction with Governor orders it is advised that all who use the pool maintain social distancing. If you do not feel well, please do not use the amenities, check with a health professional, and refrain from using the common amenities until you are feeling better.
Residents and guests to the pool should take care to wash their hands frequently, especially after using the public common amenities. We encourage everyone to sanitize their own area before and after using the pool, pool furniture, bbq's, and other areas where the community amenities are shared.
If you rent your home, please advise your tenants of the rules and cautions for using the common areas.
