Scene One Homeowners,
Thank you for your patience as we have worked to clean up after that massive storm. In the process of the clean up it became apparent that there are many areas of the community that we need all homeowners help to get the community cleaned up.
A couple of items for you to pitch in on are:
1. All Vehicles must be in working order with current tags on the license plate. Cars that are not in working condition and are not tagged with current registration will be towed.
2. Trailers are not allowed to be parked within the community.
3. No items are allowed to be stored outside your unit. Under the stair way is NOT a storage area. Items found in this area starting next week will be removed without written warning.
