Dear Homeowner,
Please note, the parking lot will be undergoing crack seal and seal coating from June 15th through June 18th. This will take place in two parts. Please see the included map for the order of work to take place.
On June 15th and 16th the West portion of the parking lot and part of the North lot will be worked on. NO VEHICLES can park on this side of the lot during this time. Vehicles parked in this area are subject to towing.
On June 17th and 18th the East and South portions of the parking lot will be worked on.
NO VEHICLES can park on this side of the lot during this time. Vehicles parked in this area are subject to towing.
If you rent your unit please make sure your tenants are aware of this schedule! Thank you for helping make this project as smooth as possible.
