The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors, review the financial standing of the association, and allow for Homeowner comments. Please find an enclosed absentee ballot.
You can submit your ballot via fax to 480-666-5145 or via e-mail to lance@heywoodmanagement.com , you may also submit your ballot in person at the Heywood Offices located at 42 S Hamilton Pl #101, Gilbert, AZ 85233. Ballots must be received by March 19th at 12:00 PM.
The Board is also requesting community feedback at the meeting for areas of the Association’s governing documents (Bylaws, CC&Rs) that may be outdated or counterproductive to the stability of the community. The Board will gather feedback to the community, then work with an attorney to draft an amendment to be sent out for a vote. Governing Documents may be found on the website at www.sceneonecondos.org .
Due to the electronic nature of this meeting, ballots will serve as attendance (if unable to join the conference call) and verification of quorum. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation with this matter.
